What Participants Say:
“I did not realize how much
more could be accomplished through teamwork. Achievements are unlimited.
In my 28 years in education, I have never experienced such a high.
Involving more people in decisions is not an easy task, but the
results and benefits far outweigh the negatives.”
An Arkansas high school principal
“The Leadership Academy
has resulted in a steady increase of volunteers at our school, a
community legislative action team, a committee to look at housing
and rental properties within the school district, and a K-12 science
and math staff development program. I have been in this business
22 years, and no other entity has been able to accomplish this kind
of environment for effectiveness.”
