What Participants Say:

"The content of the Institute itself was of the highest quality and I was particularly impressed with the interweaving of personal leadership development, along with team building. …As a graduate of the MDP and IEM programs at Harvard University, I can attest that although the academic focus was slightly different from the Arkansas Individual Institute, in every other respect, the quality of your facilities and the academic content equaled or exceeded the Harvard experiences, in my view. …I am completely convinced that this initiative will have far-reaching benefits for education in Arkansas! ” A vice president for academic affairs at a state university

“The Leadership Academy was one of the best experiences I have had as a school administrator. It has helped me expand my thinking and vision toward necessary change in our school district. It has given me more confidence and renewed vigor to implement those changes that will make a difference for the children in our schools.” A superintendent of schools
