The Purpose of Coach Training is to build the capacity of individuals to support the work of self directed teams within their organization and within the Leadership Academy Team Institute.

Participants are individuals, teachers, deans, superintendents, ministers, governmental agencies, school board members, parents, professors, principals, business, etc.

Length of Training – Two and one-half day residential

Length of Commitment – Five and one-half days per Institute

Location – Winrock International Conference Center, Fairfield Bay, AR, Hot Springs, AR, Jackson, Mississippi

Number of Participants to Date - 422

Expenses – Expenses are paid by the Arkansas Leadership Academy. Participants (districts) are asked to pay transportation costs to and from the institute.
